Ejenzi.co.ke connects customers (Builders, SMEs, Corporates, Infra companies, people who are constructing homes, apartments, commercial complexes etc.) with suppliers (Wholesalers, Manufacturers) and helps them buy materials and products online.

You can buy all products, materials & solutions related to construction. We also have various furniture, interior and lighting/electrical fittings listed on our platform.

Sellers/Vendors or suppliers of building and construction related materials who would like to have their items showcased on ejenzi.co.ke can register by :

1. Going to the "Sell on Ejenzi" menu item on the homepage and registering their company details.
2. Email us at info@ejenzi.co.ke 

Ejenzi is a technology platform which facilitates marketplace transactions. We connect suppliers/manufacturers with customers.

As a marketplace, we do not provide any guarantee or warranty for the products sold. However, every product which is sold on our platform has a guarantee or warranty as provided by the manufacturer/ supplier. Additionally, with our strict supplier on-boarding process we make sure to give our customers the best buying experience. If you have an issue, we will facilitate discussions with suppliers and help resolve amicably.

In case, the supplier is unable to deliver the order after you make the payment, our team will process the refund to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days after receipt of your bank details.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• If the size or the dimensions of the ordered product is not as specified and is beyond tolerance limit (as per industry standard).
• If wrong materials/products are delivered.
• If the packed product delivered is found tampered.
• If it is found that received products or material are defective or malfunctioning.
• If the quality of the received material or product doesn't match with manufacturers specification.
